AFC-120 2kVA Frequency Converter 50/60Hz
The AFC Series single phase AC power source are compact and cost effective units that offer excellent performance and ease of use. Using model IGBT/SPWM switch mode technology for efficient operation, these units come in power levels from 500VA to 100kVA.
The AFC Series are ideally suited for burn-in and test of large industrial equipment. The frequency can also be adjusted to 400 Hertz for applications such as the testing of military/avionics equipment or for the operation of 400 Hz electronics that are onboard an aircraft or a military vessel. The adjustable frequency band of 45 to 400 Hz in conjunction with the dual voltage ranges of 0-150 volts or 0-300 volts provides full capabilities for testing and operating electronics.

The AFC Series AC Power Source is equipped with a powerful microcontroller to create a stable and accurate output frequency, regardless of AC input conditions. It can be programmed to supply a variety of power conditions to the device under test and meters all output parameters.
š¹ Frequency/Voltage Conversion
The AFC Series is an excellent source of stable AC voltage over a frequency range of 45 to 400 Hz. The output frequency is quartz-crystal stabilized. Output voltages up to 300 VAC or 600VAC are provided.

With the ability to provide any single phase voltage and frequency combination found around the world, the APS1000 Series is a great choice for evaluating AC products for worldwide use. In particular, household appliances intended for export to regions of the world with various utility grid voltage and frequency combinations can be tested in high volume using the higher power AFC models.

Whenever 400Hz, 115Vac single phase is required to power up shipboard or airborne equipment, the AFC Series can do the job. With up to 500A of current available, even large equipment can be powered up.
